Perishable Goods (Donuts & Fresh Food Flowers)

We can provide a 30% refund of the total purchase price, or if you wish for us to resend a new replacement box, we will need to charge 70% of the price for a new box.

This is because we have already done our part and sent the box out according to the instructions you have provided. The contents of the box can not be re-sent or reused due to the perishable nature of the goods.

Non-Perishable Goods (Chocolates, Confectionary)

We can re-send the box at your expense, or provide a partial refund once the box has been returned to us.
