If your gift box has the products or add-ons, please send us an email to [email protected] with your order number and a photograph of how the gift box was received. 

Please keep in mind that every Celebration Box is hand made and some of the products are seasonal, limited edition, or limited in supply, so there may be slight variation from box to box such as the placement of confectionary, the colour of flowers, confectionary packaging etc. 

We endeavour to make every celebration box as closely as possible to the photos and product descriptions on the website, subject to the availability of product from our suppliers.
