What if I need to request a delivery time?Updated a year ago

Due to the volume of orders being shipped, unfortunately this is not an option.

With our Premium Overnight Gift Delivery, orders are normally delivered between 9am - 5pm on the estimated delivery date.  

For our Auckland and Hamilton Same Day Gift Delivery, orders can be delivered up to 8pm, if a box is clearly for a business location we attempt to get the delivery there before 5pm. If your delivery is to a school we will attempt to deliver by 3pm if we have your order early (prior to 9am).  

With our Auckland Priority Same Day Gift Delivery, orders will be delivered to Auckland addresses by 4pm.

We try our best to get your order delivered on the chosen delivery date, however as our delivery is carried out by a third party delivery service, we CAN NOT GUARANTEE that the box will be delivered on the exact date, please order 1 day in advance if you are worried about this.
