What if I need to request a delivery time?Updated 15 days ago
As we use third party courier services and the volume of orders being shipped, unfortunately this is not an option.
Our couriers create a delivery route and schedule based on the orders they have for that day to be as efficient and environmentally responsible as possible. Therefore, a specific delivery time can't be selected and your items could be delivered in the times stated below.
Premium Overnight Gift Delivery (via NZ Post):
Our nationwide service delivers between 8am and 8pm.
Auckland Same-Day Delivery:
Daytime Delivery (1-5pm) (Monday to Sunday) - Order by 10am for same-day delivery.
Evening Delivery (6-9pm) (Monday to Friday) - Order by 3pm for same-day delivery.
Hamilton, Rotorua, Tauranga and Greater Waikato Same-Day Delivery:
North Island Delivery (1pm-9pm) Depending on Postcode. For more specific time frames, please use our checkout system.
We try our best to get your order delivered on the chosen delivery date, however as our delivery is carried out by a third party delivery service, we CAN NOT GUARANTEE that the box will be delivered on the exact date, please order 1 day in advance if you are worried about this.
Delays may occur where weather conditions make it unsafe for our drivers to deliver, where road closures extend delivery times, or in the event of a local or national emergency being declared.
