Why didn't my order arrive on the delivery date I selected?Updated 9 months ago

As we use a third party courier company for Nationwide Delivery and Local Delivery, we can never 100% guarantee your delivery date, however we ensure the timing on our end as much as possible to give your parcel the best chance of arriving on your selected date. 

For Nationwide, Overnight Delivery, your parcel is picked up from our warehouse the day PRIOR to your Delivery Date and sent on an Overnight Service. 

For Urgent Delivery, live tracking is provided, delivery is guaranteed by courier company subject to accurate delivery information being provided. The guarantee excludes 'acts of god' where delivery isn't possible due to natural disasters or road closures.

Delivery to Rural addresses can be take 1-2 days longer than our overnight service.  We therefore don't deliver donuts, fresh flowers and other non-perishable goods to rural addresses.

Unfortunately ordering in advance has no impact on whether your order arrives in time, as we always send the orders out with the same process as above. Sending out orders too early could result in the perishable items such as donuts not being fresh, or the parcel arriving too early for the special day.
