Internet Banking&#xA0;</li><li>Afterpay</li></ul>If you have previously purchased on a Shopify website (not necessarily Celebration Box), Shopify recognises your details (customer/credit card) and to streamline the purchase Shopify will preauthorise the purchase so that you can check out faster. &#xA0;&#xA0;How this shows up for the customer is the charge will show up on their Credit Card statement. &#xA0;However, if the purchase isn&#x2019;t completed this charge will automatically reverse. This can occur where a customer is adds an item to the cart, but then doesn&#x2019;t complete the order.The customer will know if they have completed the purchase as we would have emailed them a confirmation order. &#xA0;If you don&#x2019;t get this, the purchase was not completed and the charge will be reversed.For the customer, they will need to wait and the charge will be automatically reversed. &#xA0;If the customer wants to avoid this, they can click out of Shop Pay (which is Shopify Merchant Name) and &#x2018;pay manually&#x2019; which means the customer will need to enter in their credit card/or pay via Afterpay or one of our other payment methods.
